1. We cannot accept responsibility for delays however caused and for any financial or other loss resulting from the delay.
2. A cancellation charge of £50 will apply after booking is made. A fee of up to 50% will be charged for cancellations made up to 17:00 hours on the day before travel. After this time further charges of up to 100% will apply.
3. Personal belongings are left in the vehicle at the passenger's own risk. We will endeavor to look after any items but can not accept responsibility for them.
4. Parking and bridge tolls will be charged at cost.
5. All charges are subject to VAT at the current rate (VAT Reg No 682 2828 20)
